I hope we go 7 games with Sacramento also. Two of the biggest drawing teams in the BBA, both with 65,000 seat stadiums. A 7 game series could push us over $10 million in revenue a piece just for this series.

My team this year is very traditional. I'm not really doing much shenanigans. The one thing I always do against the Popes is to have Perry/Venegas up the middle to try to cut down on those punch and Judy hitters. Which benches my all or nothing HR hitting DH who won't hit HR in that ballpark anyway.

I'd probably do the same. I bet you have a trick or two up your sleeve, yet.

You said I’m a good GM. (Blush)

But you nailed it — I’m a set it and forget it kind of manager. Hopefully I don’t burn my house down.

Life is a bit more beautiful when time is measured by the half inning rather than the half hour.

good stuff. pretty much spot on, our rotation disappeared into the mist, but we're gonna break out the smoke and mirrors and put ten guys in the bullpen to try and keep your offense at a manageable level.
