Where did Boise's S2 pick for Fardos go?

I was afraid of that...he was asking for 6 or 7 years. It was silliness. He is a productive bat, though, and actually plays defense at 1B

Do we need to add comp picks for unsigned 1st rounders from last year? San Antonio picked Miller at 1.13 and wasn't able to sign him.

From the Constitution:
After the conclusion of the draft, teams must negotiate and sign their draft choices within OOTP. If you fail to sign a player in the draft’s first round, you will receive a draft pick in the next draft equal to that position. These supplemental draft picks must be signed that year. If not, a subsequent supplemental pick will not be issued for the next draft.
