Austin Looking for SP

Post by mad0die » Fri Apr 09, 2010 12:09 pm

I'm looking to rebalance my team a little bit. I'm looking for a big-league starter.

Primaries willing to move:

1B Mike Senne [9-7-8-9-5]
Not great defensively, but very balanced and potent hitting abilities. .900+ OPS in '93.

SP Lance Dickson [7-6-7]
OOTP currently considers him my top prospect.

SP Randy Tomlin [6-8-6]
OOTP currently considers him my ace.

C Dave Nilsson [9-5-9-5-10]
Too young and talented to be stuck as my backup catcher.

PM me and we'll talk.

Did you just make up those numbers after each player? Both pitchers are better than you advertise and both hitters appreciably worse.

Well holy shit. My work internet is notoriously bad. Looks like maybe there were talent / ratings change with the HTML reload?

I see there are stars now too. I think Recte had scouting turned on...

Geez what a waste of number crunching. Ignore this block. I need to redo my whole spreadsheet.

Scouting was originally on. We had planned on that. Everyone said no, so I took it off. We have coaches but no scouts.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

Just more time to waste at work next week. Looks like my pitching is better than I thought.

So, should we be seeing stars or not on the players sheets now? Because I see one thing, and Kierstead sees something completely different when we click on the same link.

Considering we have no file and the HTML has been changing, I think it's probably too early to trade.

Probably a good bet. We could wait until Monday when I can release the file. :)
