Pitching prospects at bargain prices

If you're trying to restock your minor league pitching staffs via free agency, you know that the pickings are, as usual, pretty slim. I, on the other hand, have a glut of arms that I'd be willing to move. Let's list them:

Vicente Rivera, AAA, age 24, 35/40
Luis Pereira, AAA, age 26, 40/40
Virgil Laverick, AAA, age 28, 40/40
Miguel Gonzales, AAA, age 26, 40/40
Ricardo Sanchez, AA, age 24, 35/40
Zach Middleton, AA, age 23, 30/40
Hana Jubair, AA, age 24, 40/40
Xi-Wang Hong, AA, age 24, 35/40
Yao-Pang Ning, AA, age 25, 35/40
Victor Leon, AA, age 23, 35/40

I'm obviously not asking for much in return; either a position player with similar ratings in the upper minors, or a similarly rated pitcher or hitter who slots in at the short-season levels. If you have interest in a minor league pitcher who's not on the list, that might actually cost something but we can at least talk about it.

To be specific, I could use a 2B and a 3B at AA, and a starting pitcher at high-A.
