It looks like dealing draft picks was revoked a while back, but maybe I'm just reading something wrong.

I believe you can trade picks for the 1996 Draft being held at the end of the season, but after that no longer.

Well, if the baby does, it'll be his 1, 3, and 5 because he can't deal them to you. ;)
