It didn't when I tried it earlier, but I can't speak to now. I grabbed Ron's file and it worked.

Ron, that doesnt work. You need the master file, not your own conversion.
That's what I thought too...but I've tried it and it seems fine.
I'll go back and to it the old way, though.

So, when I try to download the file in step 3, it only downloads 24 megabytes of it, instead of the full 169 megabytes. Any ideas to fix this?

Usually that's an external internet issue, though sometimes I've been able to change the FTP settings in OOTP from active to passive or vise versa.

I keep getting 201 as well. Tried second setup and same. Will keep plugging away.
update: I just used the accounts file from version 19 and it appears to have worked. Says upload took in statsplus.

I finally downloaded Ron's file from the original link and that's what worked for me.

Still can't download the full statsplus file. I even tried the direct link on the statsplus page, but it still won't fully download everything. It will only download 24.2 MB of the full file. I wonder if it's a computer issue because I seem to be the only one with this problem.

I'm guessing that you've got an internet connection falling out.

I had to use Ron's accounts file to get it to work. Otherwise I was getting the 201 error.

You're probably right. I just tried downloading it again and it worked fine, so I guess my internet connection was just bad earlier.
