Reggie Leeper should have qualified as type B but he didn’t sign in time anyways.

Wow. I've noticed this trend towards lower WAR but a 1.35 for batters and 2.45 for pitchers? That's dramatically lower than it used to be - crazier still that nobody met the 3.45 WAR for pitchers, since that used to be the number for Type B.
